We need participation from all families to ensure the teachers have enough supplies for the school year!

There are two ways to purchase supplies.  They are:

1)  Fill out this order form and submit it to the Lyon or PR school office with a check attached. 

2)  Pay online via the links below.  Please put your child's name and grade in the notes section during checkout.  **Prices increase by $10 after June 15th.
