Reimbursement
Please use the PTA Reimbursement form to request reimbursement for PTA events. All expenditures need to be approved by the PTA president in advance. Receipts are required for reimbursement. Submit your completed form with receipts to the PTA mailbox at either school. Email questions to lyprpta@gmail.com.

Making Copies
Lyon/PR PTA has a tax exempt number for Staples that also serves as a rewards number. Please use this number every time you make copies and/or need to buy event supplies: #2603347457. Refer to it as a tax exempt number, not a rewards number. It is listed under LYON/PLEASANT RIDGE PTA and Amanda Chiarieri.
If you are going to make a big purchase or copies, let the PTA President know and she will forward rewards to redeem.
If you need to provide copies to Lyon and/or Pleasant Ridge, please provide the following:

Lyon: 22 collated piles with 25 copies each

PR: 29 collated piles with 28 copies each
PTA eBlasts (Weekly Email Announcements)
Please submit information to the Lyon/PR PTA president by noon on Saturday for the following Monday's e-blasts.
Lyon/Pleasant Ridge School Newsletter Submission Deadlines
PTA is welcome to submit information in the school newsletter. Please send all newsletter blurbs to the Lyon/PR PTA president. Please email lyprpta@gmail.com for deadlines.
