The 2007 Holiday Helper Food Collection
NOVEMBER 11 -DECEMBER 5
We are kicking off our annual holiday food collection . The purpose of the food drive is to provide a balanced, nutritious food basket for each family participating in the Holiday Helper Program. This typically averages 70 - 75 families a year!! The Holiday Helper Program provides holiday baskets, winter necessities and small gifts for families within our school cluster. Every class at Lyon and Pleasant Ridge school has an opportunity to help less fortunate families in our schools during the holidays.
You can help by bringing in the items indicated below by grade level. We will have food collection baskets in the front hallways of both schools from Monday, November 11 through Friday, December 5.
