The Lyon/Pleasant Ridge PTA is a group of parents who act upon our belief that parent involvement in the schools greatly enhances the education that our children receive.

We meet monthly in an informal setting (with coffee!) to hear from our principals, teacher representatives, guest speakers and each other and then discuss ways in which we can make an impact on the programs and tools that our children interact with.
All parents are welcome to all meetings.

The PTA has an executive board and standing chair positions that change at one or two year intervals. Board openings are filled during the spring of each year for the following year. Contact us if you are interested in taking a leadership role next year!

There are many ways to be involved with PTA - you need not commit a great amount of time or money to contribute.
