WISH LIST AND PROGRAMS PROVIDED BY YOUR PTA DURING THE 2004-2005 SCHOOL YEAR

Throughout the 2004-2005 school year, the Lyon/Pleasant Ridge PTA worked extremely hard to raise funds so that programs and materials could be purchased to enhance our children's education. Below you will see some of the major contributions which have been made possible through the hard work and generosity of many individuals. The 2004-2005 PTA board and our wonderful parents should be applauded for a job well done – what a difference so many people have made! Here are just some of the exciting requests that the PTA has funded this year through our Wish List Program and annual budget:

• Additional hall signs to provide visual guides to room ($450)
• Bench to replace donated bench memorial for Evan Rohrer ($458)
• Informational booklets on the writing process/development for Kdgtn. ($265)
• Sub Contra Bass bar and appropriate mallet ($282)
• Fleece, thread, scissors & sewing chalk for Night Ministry project ($300)
• Sectional mobile cubby to be used as a “creativity center” ($656)
• 5 Tripp Trapp chairs for the computer lab ($1,000)
• 3 Large mountable tv/vcr/dvd units w/computer hookups for Kdgtn. ($5250)
• Lending Library for parents and teachers ($155)
• Literacy board games for the ESL program ($115)
• Refurbish Ellison die cutting machine, purchase new letters, etc. ($2286)

• SATPAC-4, R, S and L games and irregular verb games for speech $295)
