• 6:15pm and 7:15pm – A local Storyteller will be providing fun for Lyon students and other little ones. All kids will receive a special frozen treat! Don’t miss a chance to shop for summer reading while they are busy!
• Book Fair hours: 10:30am-3:30pm and 5:30pm-8:00pm

Thursday, May 22nd
• School Day: PR Students – dress in your LA! 2008 T-shirt or as your favorite Kevin O’Malley Character.
• Don’t Miss Literature Alive! 6:30-8:30pm

o 5th Grade stage performances in the Multi-purpose Room;
o Poetry Café in the Library with Bill Buczinsky;
o Kevin O’Malley, our featured author/illustrator, will be signing autographs in the gym from 6:30pm – 8:30pm;
o Free Bus Shuttle Service from Lyon School & Sunset Ridge!

• “Green” bags will be available one final time. A table will be set up for cash and carry sales for $5.00 a piece from 6-8pm. (Thanks to the Green Team!)

Registration for the 2008/9 School Year

This year registration for Glenview School District 34 students will be completed online. Registration information was mailed out on May 1 st. Online registration must be completed by Friday, May 16 to insure that your child is registered for next year’s school year. If you have not received your registration information letter, or have any questions, please call the school office.

Residency information will be mailed out in June.

Please contact the school office if your family will not be returning to school.
